Ali is a leadership educator and coach, using her time to design, deliver and direct impactful programmes for emerging and established leaders across sectors and industries. Ali seeks to support leaders in their quest for development and specialises in enhancing impact through the lens of emotional intelligence and interpersonal effectiveness. 

Ali draws on her own and other leading-edge research from her association with King’s Business School to inform her thinking, education, and coaching practice. She is an advocate of experiential learning as a means of actively involving individuals in their development

Following an engineering degree, Jeff started his career in Oil and Gas Exploration. Subsequently, he completed an MBA at the London Business School and then ran a division for pharmaceutical company Abbott Laboratories where he was responsible for taking the division into the consumer market, achieving record sales. Jeff then started a management consultancy and has been a strategy advisor for over 30 years. During this time, he was also cofounder and an executive director of two engineering companies for over 25 years. For the past 16 years, Jeff has also been an Executive Fellow of Henley Business School, providing lectures, seminars and workshops and bringing practical solutions and real-world experience combined with academic rigour to executives. He is also Programme Director for The Strategy Programme, uniquely developing and promoting strategy as a leadership tool. An experienced advisor, lecturer, facilitator, speaker and designer of learning programmes, specialising in business strategy development and implementation, Jeff has been involved in over 160 projects in more than 50 countries. Jeff recently completed his doctorate where he researched the effect of business goal setting on organisational performance.

Helena designs and runs global leadership programmes to deliver powerful learning and meaningful change in an organisation. An example of a current project is an ‘accelerator’ programme for 100 young high potential managers in a global consulting firm. In this work, she balances a range of roles including relationship management as well as teaching sessions on strategic thinking, change and leadership and personal effectiveness. She is committed to her own learning and growth — personally and professionally — and always seeks to bring the best of that to her clients. Helena also works as a coach and is fiercely committed to straight talking and candour as well as compassion and support. 

Andrew George is an executive coach who works with experienced and new leaders to help them develop their potential and become inspirational leaders. He uses a solutions focussed approach, with a strong emphasis on the purpose of the leader, to help people achieve their goals.

Andrew has a background in academia (as Deputy Vice Chancellor and Professor) as well as healthcare, in particular in ethics and work force development. He brings a questioning and analytical approach to his coaching, to help his clients see things in a new light.

Following a 30-year career leading, developing and managing large teams in higher education fundraising, spanning two continents and three world-leading universities, Sarah became a full-time coach in 2021.

Sarah specialises in working with leaders and emerging leaders and their teams, with a focus on mission-driven organisations.

As a leader, Sarah developed a coaching approach to management over many years, honing her listening and questioning skills. Sarah’s greatest sense of achievement came from supporting team members in their personal and professional growth, and seeing them move on and up in their careers.

Qualifying as a coach, through the triple-accredited Henley Business School's professional certificate in coaching, in 2019, Sarah completed the MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change in 2021. Her practice is underpinned by the growing coaching evidence base, and she continues to learn every day! Sarah is accredited as a senior practitioner with the European Mentoring & Coaching Council.

The foundation of Michael’s work is to facilitate and enable the right behaviors – leadership and functional - in order to help individuals and organizations be the best they can be. 

Michael has significant experience with local, single-function change initiatives, as well as large transformation initiatives within global organizations across multiple regions, management levels and functions – but it all cases, the goal is to help talented individuals make the necessary behavioural changes in order to achieve new and challenging business objectives. 

As such, he is comfortable and adept at playing multiple roles - strategic business advisor, experiential workshop facilitator and individual coach - in order to achieve critical strategic alignment and business impact and to provide the necessary personal support to achieve the requisite behavioural changes among the key stakeholders.

Steve is an experienced organisational leader, learning designer, facilitator, coach and commercial manager with a passion for helping individuals and organisations achieve their goals. After a short career in engineering management, Steve started lecturing in business studies before moving into executive education at international business schools, where he has worked with a wide range of public and private sector clients including Standard Chartered Bank, the UK Financial Conduct Authority, Oracle, the government of Oman, UK Cabinet Office, BAE Systems and Mars.

Steve believes that management learning is most effective when set in a personal development and organisational context and focuses on the practical challenges faced by executives. His approach weaves world-class academic input with action learning, coaching and personal feedback.

Delphine Parmenter is a corporate educator who inspires leaders to learn new strategies, foster new attitudes, and discover new ways of tackling communications, leadership and strategic challenges. With extensive international business experience in Asia, Europe and North America, Delphine accompanies millennial leaders, cross-functional teams, women in leadership and C-suite executives to navigate change in a fast-moving business environment.

Prof. Susan Rose is an experienced senior leader and businesswoman who offers personal coaching and facilitation skills to clients helping them to achieve their potential in business and the workplace. Whilst coaching a diverse range of clients, Susan’s particular interest is working with mid to senior level women to support the development of leadership skills and the achievement of career progression.

Susan has experience across a range of industries including working in media and advertising, marketing research, management education and the charity sector. Susan had a long and successful career at Henley Business School where she became one of only a few senior female leaders. As a consequence, she has significant experience of the higher education sector including the design and delivery of facilitated learning for management and leadership development. Susan is a qualified and ICF accredited coach who adopts a solutions-focused approach with clients. Her coaching creates a safe and energising space that enables her clients to set goals, recognise the dynamics within the system in which they operate and move forward towards achievement.
